Feedback gevenThe food at this restaurant is definitely 5-star worthy. However, the service was incredibly poor. The server took our order incorrectly and made several mistakes, including charging us for items we didn't order. They promised to correct the mistake but never followed through. It's disappointing that the service didn't match the quality of the food.
You're thieves. My daughter, a prison guard who is a police officer, was stolen here by the staff that we returned about 15 minutes after our departure and they called that they let them know that we will come back to pick up their wallet that we left on the table, they claimed to have been sitting in a whole family, just coming for us and asking people when they saw it, while they weren't going to say that they were a policeman. I'm never gonna eat here again after I spent $200 on food and dumped the waiter nearly $50 they stole us. Not good
I absolutely love this place! The salmon bowl is my favorite, but the boneless wings are awesome too!
Being a bartender myself, the bartender was absolutely horrible. Kept apologizing for not getting to us when he was not busy but was ?busy? socializing. Food came out rock hard because it clearly sat under the heat and got super hard. The drinks were not made correctly, tasted terrible. The bartender we had 2 weeks was phenomenal. It was a young blonde girl with curly hair. Perfect drinks perfect service. This guy however was the worst bartender IVE EVER HAD. Being a bartender I always make excuses for other bartenders. So it?s very sad that I?m disappointed. Definitely won?t be back.
This is my 3rd trip to this restaurant starting early in the pandemic. On my first trip we ordered take out and when we got home, we found out one meal was not included. I called the manager and he asked would I take a gift card to compensate for the value of the meal. I agreed. a few months later we ordered take out again and I couldn 't use the gift card online. When I picked up my food, we were told that you had to pay at the restaurant to use the card. I wasn 't happy yet again. Tonight, we decided to again order take out and had to split the order in to two orders because you had to prepay for orders over $75 (our order was $120). We pre-paid one order and paid the second at the restaurant. The gift cards were refused. They stated, we don 't use these anymore. In addition, our order was not right again. No cole slaw with my $26 ribs. $16 burger was over cooked. Two orders of $15 crab dip had barely a dollop of dip and we were double charged for the Gluten free bun. There are much better restaurants in which to spend $120. The food was not as ordered and mediocre at best. We contacted management on the two previous occasions and got nowhere. Basically, a waste of time even though they keep writing that on responses to poor reviews.
