I went there specifically for the advertised Chizza and it was no longer on their menu otherwise I have no complaints.

Horrible food and service was subpar. They forgot almost 50% of my order, then a worker lied and said she gave me my food when I literally showed them the contents of my bag.
What a disaster. First, it was 5:05 pm, dinner time, I ordered a 12 pc meal, mashed potatoes, gravy, Cole slaw, Mac n cheese. The woman taking the order had no clue how to put this order in. She had to excuse herself at least 3 times and go off speaker to try to fix it. It took more than 8 minutes to finally figure out what I ordered. Then I get to the window to pay. She took my card, ran it and then this guy comes to the window and says, I am sorry but I don't have enough chicken for your order. I said, are you kidding me? He says, it will be a 14 minute wait. I said, cancel my order and give me a refund and my card. Seems every time I go here, there is some issue. I will not be back. EVER
