Like people have said before, if zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d rate it. TERRIBLY slow. The girl who took our order at the drive thru was so nice, but the girl at the window was so unfriendly. We were missing stuff from our order so we brought the food and receipt inside. The girl who was originally at the window was who asked us if we were missing something. No “sorry about that!” Or “have a good day!”, just a nasty glare. She literally didn’t say a single word after I told her what was missing. We also asked for an extra straw when we were in the drive thru, which resulted in another glare! This is the first review I’ve EVER written about a “restaurant” but the service was so bad, I felt the need to. I gave this KFC one more try. I shouldn’t have. The service was slow, they got the order wrong and the food was awful. We got the chicken nuggets. They were just burnt and hard. Not sure there was even chicken in them. The kids wouldn’t even eat them. Don’t waste your money on their food.
