Dutch Bros Coffee - Newberg

We came in at 830pm to get the kids some hot chocolate but ended up waiting in line for 15 minutes while the girl at cash out sat and talked with her friend. They never ordered anything, just sat and talked. The girl looked back at us and continued to laugh and talk with the person in front of us. No one talked to us at any point. We ended up just pulling through. There was a complete disregard for any of the customers there. Very disappointing experience at a location my family comes to regularly. Guess I'll have to learn to love Starbucks.

Dutch Bros. in Monmouth, Oregon, does a great job. We enjoy our favorire drinks and Orange Cranberry Muffin Tops. Happy to see young people , all extorverts do such a great job.

Amazing place. Got my drink wrong, and I ended up enjoying more than what I originally ordered.

Loud music, couldn 't hear my order until the 458th time I repeated it. ? Employees are too chatty. Got asked how I was doing today like easy there, kinda personal don 't you think?! How would you like it if I asked YOU how YOU were doing? Kinda puts you on the spot; makes you have to think. And I don 't like thinking!!! Not until I 've had my morning coffee Other than that, this coffee tavern is splendiferous

Their new oreo freeze is super yummo. Everyone is so happy there it makes me feel like I shouldn't be so depressed.
