Have been waiting for the past 30 min and have watched 10 customers ask for a refund because no one has gotten their

Normally I really enjoy firehouse. However, their ac was not working, and because the ac was not working it took them over 20 minutes to give me my food incorrectly. I blame the heat. This 1 star is mainly for the sicko that decided they should work with no ac. If it were me, I'd be getting hazard pay.

They’ve gotten my order right 80% of the time so far, so 4/5, honestly couldn’t have picked a better time for a review; 4 stars. Managerial staff seem super nice and friendly. Other employees barely respond to a thank you after picking up order.

Employee that took my order was a multitasker. Unfortunately, she wasn't good at it.There was a large order in front of me. She made an effort to make the sandwich for me but forgot about it when she was taking orders and on the phone taking orders.The order before the big order was skipped.I don't know why I bothered to try Firehouse again meatballs are too big to bite so it's hard to eat.
