Feedback gevenAfter ordering tony the manager had one of his hired call me and say because I ordered more than $25 worth food, I had to wait for her to cook it since I paid cash. When I talked to Tony, he was busy and they hung on me. when I immediately retrieved, he was no longer there. This staff is so rude, and this business is a full sweat. I will not go back here. papa! john must close this place.

My husband placed an order for carry out so I could pick it up and pay with cash. I arrive at the drive thru window and was told they voided the order because they require payment upfront. Company is so incompetent they don't even know how to remove that option from their website.
Very rude customer service! My order was canceled by the store. When I called to see why a lady has a very bad attitude and I was told they were backed up so she canceled my order. and she hung up in my face. Her people skills are awful and papa johns should be ashamed to have people as such representing their business. I will never order again.
This place is awful. Ordered on line for carry out and when I went to pick up was told if it’s over 25 you have to pay with card. Why does the site let you do it anyway? My guess it’s the franchise owners personal policy but I had to wait an extra 40 min after getting there for it to be made. But the employee you have that was shamefully put there on a Saturday by themselves (not sure his name) tonight on Saturday Jan 8 at 6:30, he gets five stars. Dude was doing everything he could to keep this place open and probably without even a thank you and you guys don’t deserve him
