Taco Bell - Newberry

Decided to stop work because someone stole their phone.. maybe don't be on it in the drive thru and it wouldn't happen... genius..

The food is always pretty decent to me. The service and atmosphere on the other hand needs alot of improvement. Especially the folks taking orders at the drive thru. Not to mention, place the order for one freeze and didn't mention the machine was down, go to tell her the next one and bam all of a sudden the machine isn't working today. Ok I get it, been doing fastfood/retail my entire life, machines mess up, but tell me up front.

I can honestly say the last time I been here it was horrible. But when I returned, there was this guy who had red hair and he was the most sweetest, respectful, attitude was amazing, he wasn’t nasty like the other managers and employees there, and he used his manners. Even when other employers I heard were being nasty to him he still was respectful. Whoever the red head guy is please tell him to keep his head up and keep up the positive attitude!! I would definitely eat there if he’s only there working.

The main dining room was open. Would not take order at the cashier had to use keyosk to order. And not in

Cashier Sandra is extremely rude. Doesn’t listen to a word you are saying when ordering, closed window in our face while talking.
