My girl friend and I really had a nice time and the food was great

Walked in with a group of 11. The servers were friendly! The food was good and hot!Enjoyed it!Sorry if some of our group were cranky!

The service was very slow and the servers didn’t come to give us refills and messed up our orders multiple timesUPDATEThe service has definitely gotten better over the past couple of years, I would recommend the current staff as they are very friendly and get food out on time!!

Coffee was better than what we had yesterday elsewhere. The eggs were over medium well cooked. Hash Browns were good. Shey the waitress was really nice. May pass by here in 6 months.

I really hate posting this review but I'm hoping someone will see it and address the issue. This was my favorite Waffle House. Our family usually eats dinner here almost every Sunday on my son's way out of town to return to college. The food was and still is spectacular, cooked perfectly, and the cook always asks us how everything is--really nice man. BUT we saw a roach crawling up the side of the booth last week, didn't put too much into it because it was the flying silverfish kind and it can happen (they fly in but shouldn't thrive with proper cleaning and pest control). Then, tonight we sat in the booth behind the one we sat at last week, and I looked across at my son and there was a roach crawling by his head over the side of the booth, the same type roach. Also, they current server staff is very lazy. They don't refill coffee or ask how the food is, if you need anything, or even bring the check so you can pay it. I tip very well, usually 25-30%, and expect decent service in return. There's a female server who won't return to the table after bringing the food and her hair is always very greasy and dirty looking.
