Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Chicken was tough...could have ff or slaw but not both even tho it was on the picture..we usually stop at Bojangles to eat...next time we will....it is way better than Zaxbys!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything was just ok. The service was ok. No one was rude, but they weren't very welcoming either. They gave us the wrong order and when we handed it back they took it to the other car. While I don't like food waste, I am sure once food has come into contact with one customer it shouldn't be given to another. The food was standard, but the container was covered in grease/sauce. This would have made sense if it wasn't a container of kids tenders (no sauce). Also, we ordered an adult meal that was supposed to have sauce, but there was no sauce on those tenders. So where did the sauce on the box come from?? The fries were ok, but tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil.

Food was fair, way overpriced. Wont be going back to this location ordered over a 100 dollars in food to pick up curbside and while they surprisedly got it correct they failed to include napkins or utensils. Then when i requested a few more containers of zacks sauce they refused and wanted to charge me. Yet the individual at the counter when i went inside requested a single container and was given several. Bad form in my opinion like 2 or 3 containers is gonna affect their food cost. But it cost them my business.
