Great place, I wish there were more places like these around. I've ordered a few things from here in the last few weeks. Everything's really good. They don't make their own ice cream, its blue rabbit premium, but its pretty good and the price isn't terrible. You make your own pastries/cookies/sandwiches. And they're great. I'm just eating a delicious breakfast sandwich. A very thick cookie with many herbs burned in, excellent start. Freshly chopped tomatoes, perfectly cooked egg, The sausage is fine, probably Sysco, maybe JFS. But I get clues to mustard and spices and fresh generous amounts of fresh basil. I ordered mine without cheese. It comes with fruit or a cinnamon bearclaw. The Bearclaw was perfectly baked and cinnamon without too much sugar. The place also sells local crafts, jams/reserves/teas/wheat/gift sets. And they have handcrafted chocolates that are amazingly rich. The place has the same owners as Cafe Arzu. They obviously take care of their customers and their businesses. The waiting staff are always pleasant and seem to be happy.
Friendly atmosphere with excellent ice and a great location on the Ohio River. I want them to be even better if they opened the hours they declare on their website. Your door is closed and the shield says they're closed. Website says they are open. Don't!
It was a hot summer day and the Mango Sorbet met the place. Cookies are baked on site and are only $1. It is a beautiful location on the river. I can't wait to come back when I'm back in the area.
Great tasting ice cream; somewhat slow service. A spin of the Ben Jerry's name. Limited sorbet flavors but a neat indoor lounge area. Nice riverside location.
