Hudson Street Cafe - Newburgh

During our visit to see our daughter, we went to this restaurant for lunch. It's her favorite spot that she always raves about... and now I know why. Everything was exceptional and the staff were incredibly friendly.

This restaurant is the best spot for vegan brunch in the area. The waitress is very knowledgeable about the menu and friendly! I will definitely be returning soon.

My partner and I visited Shake and Grind Coffee House next door, and it was a great experience. The Coffee Espresso was fantastic, and my girlfriend loved the chocolate flavor in her drink. It paired perfectly with a butter croissant and cheese danish. The staff were really nice, so be sure to stop by and enjoy!

Disappointed with the food? we got a breakfast special with plantains, cheese, chorizo and it was lackluster and bland. The other pictures previous patrons posted do not match my experience.

I had no idea this place even existed until my wife looked up brunch spots! Definitely a hidden gem, and it's so close to home I can't believe I didn't find it sooner! Came in for an early breakfast/brunch with my wife and sister and to start we got hotcoffee, iced coffee, and a frozen chocolate drink. All were great, the coffee was fresh brewed for my second cup. The food wasseriously delicious. Homemade chorizo! I built my own burrito with it and it was delicious! One of the best breakfast burritosI've had, and the homemade hot sauce they had made it all the better! My wife had the lox omelet which she said was delicious,and my sister had the power omelet (can't remember the exact name) Definitely a spot I want to come back too more often.Everything was cooked to order, and portions were definitely worth the price for the taste and quality!
