New Sai Gon Pho - Newburgh

We ordered a banh mi sandwich, special beef pho, and chicken curry. Both the sandwich and pho were excellent. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the curry as it was too brothy and runny, and the chicken was a bit dry. However, we would definitely return for the pho. The restaurant was quiet, with soft piano music playing in the background. As a family of five, we were quickly seated at a table for eight, which was the largest table available.

I wish I could give it a 0 star! I call ahead and ask them what time they were closing and they told me at 7:30. I even gave them a heads up that I’m heading out drove 20 got there and they told me that they can’t take me! Bad bad customer service!! When I was on the phone with them they should’ve informed me that they were busy and so forth. There was plenty of tables left and they still lied to my face. I do not recommend this place for anyone. What a waste of time and commute!

Nothing new about this place with their outdated concept of food. They had no vegan options that I was able to discern worthy of purchasing much less from the indifferent seemingly miserable staff who appeared to hate questions, was not helpful at all and refused to customize the order at all. I hate to leave bad reviews but I went out of the way to get something to eat only to get stuck in traffic trying to leave this place with nothing because the lady was so rude. I want up the road to fusion Union and was able to order something from very nice staff and a much more pleasant ambience.

The food was excellent and the service was quite fast. I visited for dinner and the pho was fantastic, although they only offer one size. The spring rolls were also delicious and very fresh. I highly recommend this place!

The inside of this place was freezing which was sad because we were already freezing from being caught in the rain.Decorated nicely.I liked all my food banh mi and summer rolls. My fiance liked his meal also.
