Haley's Ice Cream - Newburyport

It was brutally slow. There were 3 girls to take orders and yet only one took our orders, there 9 of us! 5 Separate checks. And the frigging kicker was it took the longest to get two salads! It took so long that 4 of our party finished their food before we got the salads and then we waited another 7-8 minutes for the dressing! I actually had to go stand up at the counter to get those girls to move.

The place is decrepit, the food was absolutely awful, I took a bite into the burger and hot grease splashed all over me. The service was terrible and I’ll never come back again. This place used to be a great place to eat now it’s just a piece of shiezer.

The burgers and milkshakes here are fantastic! It's situated in a beautiful countryside area, making it perfect for a hike after your meal. We enjoyed sitting outside, and we were happy to bring our dog along as well.

The service was dreadfully slow and disappointing! My food was significantly undercooked! We had a group of nine who stopped in for lunch before a flight, and I can confidently say none of us will ever return. It was a waste of both our time and money! I would not recommend this place.
