Pralines Bake Shop - Newburyport

I had an icy chai tea and a delicious warm cloth and feta tea. Both were very pleasant. The fluffy and light crust was sooo good. The service was great. The staff looked to ensure that everyone is served and was efficient, although it was busy, it was still a pleasant experience.

The coffee here is fantastic, and the pastries are delightful as well. They are particularly known for their specialty Whoopie Pies. To be honest, they were a bit on the dry side, but still quite enjoyable. The flavors and fillings were excellent. The staff was amazing! When I arrived, the line stretched the entire length of the bakery and up the stairs out the door. However, the layout was efficient, and the line moved quickly. I was served promptly with a smile (under the mask, of course, since we’re still in the COVID era). The owners were present, helping their employees manage the busy rush. They were both friendly and professional, providing great service. I will definitely be coming back!

I surprised the loved ones with a show of “Whoopies”, from Newburyport, Mass. to Gulfport, Mississippi. The Buttercream bliss came in stable, cold-packed protection. Of course the flavors are thrilled. Whoopies will now live my favorite Go-to for the gift of a New England favorite for friends and lovers elsewhere.

The coffee here is fantastic, but what really stands out for me is the lemon and egg dish. I know many people rave about the pastries, and I'm sure they're amazing, but I can't resist the scones. I wanted to snap a photo of them, but unfortunately, they didn’t last long enough!

I arrived after closing time without realizing it, but the woman at the front, who I think is the owner, was so kind and helped my girlfriend and me anyway. She was extremely polite and even got a barista to make our drinks for us. We've been here many times since I work down the street, and I've never had a negative experience or a bad drink. I’d rate it a perfect 10/10!
