Cafe Espresso - NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME

I had a full English breakfast with a pot of tea and a fresh orange juice. The service was excellent as usual, and the food was delicious. The table was clean and there were plenty of staff available to clear tables. I highly recommend this place.

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. We ordered 2 full English breakfasts but only one was brought to the table. After waiting 15 minutes and inquiring about the missing meal, we were told that only one had been ordered. When we showed the receipt proving otherwise, the server simply acknowledged the mistake without any apology. We will not be returning to this establishment due to the extremely poor service we experienced.

Today, my family and I dined at this restaurant, as we have done many times before. However, this visit was disappointing. My husband and I ordered the Chicken mayo baguette, which was decent. Unfortunately, my son's Cheese and onion panini had an abundance of onion but very little cheese, mostly concentrated near the edges to give the appearance of being full. Regrettably, we did not voice our concerns at the time. If we decide to visit again, I will be more vigilant and make sure to speak up if anything is amiss. I am curious if this cafe has changed ownership, as the usual staff members were absent and only young, unsupervised individuals were working.

Myself and my daughter ordered 2 jacket potatoes was charged £1 for extra cheese a very small pot of it as well, when they arrived my topping was hot but the jacket potato was warm my daughters potato was hard around the edges and tasted awful like old potatoes when I complained we were told you should of brought it back and would give you another one. We used to go here a lot but never again the staff are miserable and some don't understand English and the prices have rocketed £14 for 2 horrible jacket potatoes

Called here for quick lunch whilst shopping first visit. It was very busy but we were so impressed with the efficient staff and organisation. Even though they were so busy all the staff we had contact with were very pleasant. Husband really enjoyed his all day breakfast and my jacket potato was just how I like them food came quickly as well. Will definitely visit again while shopping here.
