Mcdonald's - Newcastle upon Tyne

Literally the Worst Mcdonalds I 've ever had, was a treat after a horror movie at the cinema, however the real horror was to appear once I finished the large fries which were fine, the triple cheese burger though seemed almost premasticated, a thick coating of bile around the bun as if it had been dropped in a puddle 1st, I 'll not be going back again, literally awful, review would be less than 1 star if I had my way....the staff replaced the 2 triple cheeseburgers, however joke was on us, prepared and sat on more like, almost crime scene like, red ****** sauce oozing all over the bun and packet, utterly appalling

Macdonalds Northumberland Street. Very very poor.... Pop was warm and flat so been standing for ages. Burger was luke warm and chips were cold and soggy. No sauce available and a lot of the tables were very dirty. I wont be going back there in a hurry.

Worst McDonald’s ever, quality keeps getting worse. Tiny burger with a tiny piece of chicken and horrible fries!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The tables were all filthy. The toilets were filthy. Our meals were all cold. The sprite didn't actually have any sprite in it, it was just soda water. There was no sauce in any of the dispensers. It took 20 minutes for our food to be ready. I could go on but you get the gist. Avoid this place like the plague.

The food was served cold and the hot drink was only half full. The sauce dispensers were empty, and we had to ask for napkins and salt at the service counter. The restaurant was crowded with people using it as a meeting place to escape the rain, occupying most of the seats without ordering anything. Some customers and staff were being harassed, and there were people hurling abuse at the security guards. This made my daughter upset, so we decided to leave. This has been our experience the last few times we have visited, so we will not be returning.
