Starbucks - Newcastle upon Tyne

Quick coffee stop. Reasonable coffee, however the place is a little run down. Staff not as friendly as most Starbucks.

Came to just pick up a coffee, and whilst it was very fast service and the staff were nice enough, I couldn’t help but notice just how dirty both the coffee bean holders were. I’m not one to usually mind a bit of mess, but these looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, maybe ever. It made me really regret ordering a coffee and concerned about the levels of cleanliness for the areas that aren’t visible for customers. Unfortunately I will not be coming back.

SHOCKING, APPALLING!!!!!!!!! Came for a simple iced latte and was left disgusted to say the least. The cleanliness levels are non existent, staff are rude. The coffee beans are on display, stored in rusty looking containers, they need a clean! How the hygiene rating is above one is beyond me! Will NOT be coming back. The one in town is much nicer, with much friendlier staff. Can also spell my name correctly.

Totally underwhelmed. Shabby, run down, indifferent service. Bitter coffee. Messy counter Costa, here I come

Had coffee and a chia bats. Next to me a large dog was allowed to sit on chairs customers use- dirty arse rubbed on chair and filthy feet on chairs!! Really !!! Aweful
