Great place! They handle social distancing very well. The menu looked appealing, and the food seemed delicious, but I couldn't wait for lunch.

The restaurant here offers fantastic value and an excellent dining experience. However, our room left much to be desired; it was dull and dreary, with tears in the curtains and an overall lack of care. The walls and bathroom counters were stained, and the bathroom door really needs replacing. I expected better.

Used to eat here a lot but the food isn't as good as it used to be, the last two times I've been anyway. I had the breakfast on a recent visit and for the price it's awful. Couldn't eat the egg, not sure why they cook it like that so the bottom is crispy it's dreadful, sausage was awful, bacon was like chewing a tyre. It's quite an expensive breakfast so you'd at least want to be able to eat it. The portions have gotten smaller, the quality has decreased and prices have gone up. We just spent three nights at this amazing hotel and couldn't have been more pleased. Every member of the staff was delightful, but Kirstie, Norah, and Derek stood out as especially helpful and welcoming. The food was outstanding—our only complaint was that the portion sizes were almost too generous! Our room was lovely and included everything you would expect from a four-star hotel. When we mentioned to Norah that the room felt a little warm, we returned that afternoon to find a fan waiting for us—a really thoughtful gesture. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the Limerick Greenway. We will definitely be back!
