I have been coming to this café with my mom since I was one year old. Now, at 18, I still adore this charming coffee shop. The staff here are outstanding, always dedicated to their work. They promote a healthy lifestyle and self-care. The ambiance is consistently inviting, cozy, and warm. The owner, who is always cheerful and kind, has been the same throughout the years. Even when I move away, I will always remember Sonas and make sure to visit.

This is a health food store with a cozy cafe attached. They have a variety of products including salt lamps and unique health tablets that I have never seen in County Wicklow. The coffee was delicious and they also offer alternative milks like soy. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service.

The staff at Sonas are a delight. Excellent range of healthy salads and snacks. Great meet up place for coffee or hot chocolate. Rosemarie and her team give great advice on all the products it’s a wonderful shop to visit. I highly recommend a visit...to see for yourself. Regular information evenings too.

We stumbled by here on our way looking for a takeaway coffee and were pleasantly surprised. It was a bit pricey however it was also a lovely coffee.
