Rich and flavoursome mains even without the meat. Also open late. Also good local wines. Not a bit of food leftover. We left full and happy and will return.
We found the level of table service was just right, yet when considering the approximately time involved to prepare a pasta dish, the value or volume for money was just not there. The deserts was just delicious and the wine list was quite extensive for a little restaurant. It would be recommended that you book especially if there time is around 7-8pm on a weekend. Weekend street parking can be challenging so you should plan ahead spending time to find a park.
Very busy Friday evening, so the place did feel a bit crowded. The food is fantastic though I’ve been vegetarian for 40 years and have eaten veg food in many parts of the world. This is very much up there with the best. Why not 5 stars then? Service was genuinely friendly and helpful but a bit erratic some of our mains came out quite a while (20 mins) after the others and it’s awkward to have some at table not eating while others are, or for everyone to wait and let food get cold. But we’d definitely try here again.
Great food. Unfortunately we found a hair in the pasta dish. They took it back and asked if I wanted a new one. Along with a small verbal apology, that was it (I guess we expected better customer service). Slightly on an expensive side. Other than that it was good.
Super over-rated but still good food. Pretty much avoid eating inside as it's chaotic and crowded always. Arancini is the best thing in this god damn world but the pasta is a B+. Anyone could make it better if they had basic cooking knowledge. Price is ridiculous. Staff lack warmth, never been very friendly.
