Feedback gevenI visited here twice. at both locations the restaurant was completely empty, although the surrounding restaurants were very busy. Anyway, the pizzas are quite tasty with crispy floor . cocktails are just everyone.
I made an order two hours ago and I'm waiting. the restaurant does not answer her phone or answer on emails. they just took my money and I never got my food. impressive experience and non-existent customer service.
Very disappointed, ordered several times without problems, but last night was another story. ordering on eta called to tell the driver was on the way a few minutes later the driver showed on tracking, but he seemed. go anywhere, but the delivery address, the driver then marked it to deliver minutes after the order, but it was not delivered definitiw, several calls later, it came minutes after the first call (and after the order), and surprise, it was cold. apparently the driver has lost himself (his rage) despite the persecution that shows him as outside the complex twice. we are literally minutes away from the actual load! do not store them in the position to do anything as no manager in. to supplement this, we also found a large hair baked in the pizza while it was eaten, and the load is now closed so that we can not even contact them. I feel sick.
First, if they need a diet, avoid them. it is a serious security problem for people with allergies. I ordered two years at firezza. never again. I ordered a vegan pizza that was covered in the delivery in salami. I thought that would have to be a mistake, and hopefully it was some kind of vegan salami. when I called, the team member argued with me when I just wanted to know what it was. then she hanged on me because it was and she closed in she even went as far as as if the phone line cut out. That's really not it. long story short, I have them a few times by email to her customer service team to correct the experience. not knowing what the topping was, the pizza was uneingable, and I really just wanted to explain how meat ended on my vegan pizza. they have ignored all my emails and my Facebook messages. mistakes happen, but only the bad customer service was incredibly disappointing. if they need a diet, avoid them. this was just an unknown meat ingredient on a vegan dish, but I hate to think what could happen to someone with an allergy and not just a diet choice.
Made an online order. They have a meal bundle offer pizzas sides for The email confirmation always details two pizzas but they always send it as one pizza. I called to request that we receive two separate pizzas as one...was meat, the other veggie, and we don't want them combined. The lady on the phone (same one that many people seem to have an issue with) was so rude. Immediately dismissed my request saying you'll get a pizza, that's how we send them When I protested she gave in and agreed to my request, only to call back mins later to say they had already gone in the oven. I explained this was not my problem and she passed me onto a guy who asked me to explain the issue. He then kept trying to interrupt and when I asked him to let me finish first he just hung up the phone. I tried calling back a few times but they didn't answer. Rude, ignorant, cowardly and arrogant people. I've been a regular customer for a while. The quality of the pizzas was enough for me to overlook the shoddy customer service. Not any more, they will NEVER get my business again.
