This branch of pizza gogo delivered wrong item. We ordered quorn spicy wings and they delivered fried actual chicken. We are both vegetarian and therefore knew straight away that this was real chicken at first bite. As we had been delivered the wrong thing, I...called the branch to highlight the issue. The person I spoke to was rude, accused me of lying and them told me that if we wanted to be reimbursed for the item we did not receive, we would have to walk down to the store. We was also asked to take the chicken with us to prove the mistake. I explained that I had thrown the chicken In my bin and also had spat out the bite in the box. When I said I don 't want to go down my bin, I was told well if you won 't do that, I will said someone down there to retrieve it from your bin . No apology for the mistake or recognition of hiw upsetting this was to non meat eaters. needless to say, we will not use pizza gogo again and urge others not to.

This pizza gogo is smaller than almost all the filials, I mean, they are in the regular small, but this shop above all can really only stand in the shop. they take their time to make pizza, but hey more careful with the pizza, the better the end product. I love eating, but sometimes it can't be. I love the pizzas here, but if you're a fan of deeper pan, that's the place for you. the deep pizzas here should give men a heart attack lol.
