Wagamama Westfield Stratford City

I've dined here on a few occasions. This time was a Thursday evening with friends.

Went to Giraffe yesterday bit of a queue but it moved quickly. Pleasant staff and well organised . Restaurant was busy but we were served quickly good food well cooked and hot . Dessert of banana split waffle was good highly recommend.

Same as a previous visit: sat down for breakfast to be told no steak no pancakes (you can make pancakes lol).

Tried to visit this restaurant today. Was advised by the none to helpful assistant that there was a 20 minute wait and it would be best if we went somewhere else. When we asked if we could wait she said there were no seats although all the seats at the bar were unoccupied. Customer service zero. Went next door to TGI Fridays, had to wait but lovely staff who were super helpful. From our seat we watched a number of other groups go into giraffe no problem.

First time I've ever sent food back, had brunch with a friend and our food was cold, not warm, cold and this was after waiting an age for it to arrive, replacement meal was slightly better, had been warned by a friend about a bad experience in a Giraffe restaurant, wish I'd have listened.
