Cisco's - Newington

This is a great Mexican spot located right in front of Hartford. It’s a very small restaurant, so I recommend considering takeout. The food is authentic and reasonably priced. The quality is excellent and consistently great every time.

The food is incredible—definitely some of the best breakfast burritos I've had in all of Connecticut. However, it's a good idea to call ahead and confirm they're open, as their hours have been inconsistent lately. I've noticed they seem to open and close frequently over the past few months. I went by at 7:00 on a Thursday, but no one arrived until 7:30, and I ended up waiting without anyone showing up. It was quite frustrating.

I dined here for the first time today and I will definitely be returning. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Thank you!

Burrito was excellent Chile relleno was just ok, but everything else was really good. Good prices and many specialties.

It's difficult to find good Mexican food in CT. This fits the bill, and the owners are lovely. We went on a whim, and now we'll visit whenever we're in the area.
