Dunkin' - Newington

Usually they do amazing. Quick and good items like I asked. This am I hate sweet coffees and when I tried it I wanted to cry it ruined my morning. Spending on coffee weekly and it not being anything like you ask. They made it wrong the first time and remade it quickly bc I asked for dairy free in my coffee and the made it with dairy. I’m so disappointed I tried calling to just ask if they would remake it if I can maybe leave work and no response. I’m at the point I’d rather drive out of my way for better service and products.

I just don’t understand how you mess up simple orders. All I wanted was a cheddar bagle and the woman even commented how good they looked, then I drive away all excited, open it up and it’s a plain bagel.

On Sunday September 3rd at 11:20 was a pretty bad experience. One of the employees walking around upset, slamming cups down and just making the energy feel unwelcoming, just giving bad vibe. I had to leave bc I didn't want that energy to change my mood bc it was a great day. You are getting paid to work isn't like you are working for free. Everyone has freewill you can find a new job.

I’m only writing this cause Chanelle made me a great coffee after I asked her what she likes and has mixed. Irish Cream /w coconut!! Delicious.. I was having a not so great morning and she definitely made it better by being a kind person and wonderful employee!! I hope someone sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves <3
