Max Pizza 5 - Newington

When you go to this place, it meets you as a casual, catheter-like environment. There are more decades of pop radio play, there is a little plastic stand on your table that lists the beer selection, your table set is paper and commercials local businesses, your cutlery is wrapped in an inconvenient napkin, and your well drink comes in a plastic pepsi cup...then you get your food. From presentation to preparation for the taste to the right side of this service, Max Pizza V is a five-star dinner experience. The timing between appetizer and main course was perfect, and the sandwich was delicious and more than I could eat (and the THAT was the small... I will definitely come back here when I'm in Hartford, because this is the best culinary experience I've had since I arrived.

Great food, with quality service and friendly waiter. It is never a disappointment, and we are always happy to go again. Max Pizza 1-5 are excellent!

Delicious. she young lady at the desk was very friendly. Service was fast. fresh pizza high quality ingredients. reminds me of Patsys Pizza, which grows in N.Y. on all major experiences.

First time ordering from here and omg hands down my new go to place pizza was amazing and the potato skins were better than any other place I've ordered before. The young man who delivered my food was super polite made it even more of a reason to order again. The only reason i gave 4 stars was the cheesecake it was nasty and didnt taste anything like cheesecake tasted old and rubbery.

We wanted another large pizza with everything, veggies. So we ordered 2 large grinders and 2cheesecake with cherries sauce, 2 bottles Coke a Cola. It was so good we couldn't eat all at once. So, I put my half in refrigerator yesterday, had to microwave it for 8minutes, so much cheese pulling when I took my first bite. I love MAX 5, it's another Max that I will keep calling, too. Excellent Food, red sauce is rich like homemade from home. The service on the phone and on delivery are Great!!
