Mooyah Burgers, Fries And Shakes

Liz, you are truly incredible, thank you for the delicious food. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. Do not miss out on the green chili queso with fries - it's a perfect combination. It also pairs well with a burger. And don't forget to try the s'mores shake - I give it a perfect 10.

The burgers at this place are truly fantastic. If you're looking for burgers that can be completely customized and are better than what you would find at sit-down restaurants, this is the place to visit.

I recently visited this Mooyah location for the first time and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the food was lacking. I decided to try the new Hot Bacon Jam burger from their Burger Hall of 'Dang' Menu. The burger was supposed to be topped with grilled jalapenos, cheddar cheese, bacon, and hot bacon jam spread on an angus beef patty, all on a potato bun. However, the burger I received was bland and lacked flavor. The fries were also not great - they were burnt and so dark that I initially thought they were sweet potato fries. Even when I mentioned this to the employee, they insisted they were regular fries. The overall quality of the food I received was not up to par with my previous experience at a different Mooyah location. Additionally, the floor was very greasy, making me worry about slipping while carrying my drink to the table. The restaurant has plenty of windows allowing natural light in, which is nice, but unfortunately, the ketchup bottles left on the tables were being affected by the sunlight, altering the taste of the ketchup.

Hannah (Manager) and Crew were absolutely amazing today. I had good experiences and a few not so good experiences with Mooyah, but tonight the service and food were excellent! My husband and I were overloaded and Hannah immediately corrected the situation when the server brought them to their attention. No settings or comments. I noticed that meals were delivered to the tables instead of just calling names to go and get your food. Hannah delivered us and was so pleasant and personal that we wanted to do this a weekly thing to see them. When we came home, I couldn't find my phone and thought I left it there. My husband called and asked if a phone had been switched on, and while she said no, she remembered where we sat and went to look for him. I finally found it in my car and called to let them know. She just wanted to go outside and find her in the parking lot. This is the best customer service and you don't see that much lately! Hannah and Crew... you really went beyond and beyond tonight. I had a really hard day and you ended it totally on a positive note! Thank you. We will definitely come back!
