I had the calzone, and it was absolutely delicious!

You're not going to Fabio's for fancy dining; you go there to feel like part of a family. The portion sizes are generous and the food is incredibly fresh. It's like a homey restaurant where everyone, including the chef, is genuinely friendly. While it may not be the most upscale place, it offers a solid experience.

The menu offered a variety of protein options paired with multiple sauce choices, along with classic pasta dishes. We savored grouper, ribeye, chicken, and lasagna, complemented by a generous Caesar salad that kept us satisfied until our entrees arrived. The setting featured a great selection of wines, exceptional food, and decor that reflects the owner's family traditions and values—all enhanced by the personal attention of the chef himself.

We've attended numerous wine dinners at this restaurant, and the food is simply fantastic. We brought two separate groups here, and Fabio really went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable. One of the groups had eight people, including a vegan, and Fabio patiently awaited our arrival to find out if she wanted cheese on her eggplant; she did, and it was delicious. Our other group, consisting of 17 people, had many children in it. Even though the restaurant was packed and we had a preset menu, Fabio took the time to accommodate their needs and made the evening enjoyable for the kids. The food is amazing, and Fabio truly shines!
