Feedback gevenWhen I arrived, they hadn’t made my pizza and, instead, had canceled my order. The girl at the front claimed I told them to cancel it, which was completely untrue. Frustrated, I paid again for them to make my pizza. I asked if I could be compensated for the inconvenience, as I now had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes, but she said they don't offer compensation. When I questioned how that was fair since the order cancellation wasn't my fault, she went to fetch the manager. The manager's solution was to offer me a pizza I didn't order along with a refund. Why on earth would I want something I didn't order? I just wanted my pizza! Her demeanor was quite rude, and when I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I also requested the corporate contact information to file a complaint, but she falsely claimed she didn’t have it or know it. As a franchise, Little Caesars certainly has a corporate number. Then, a man in a blue shirt came out who, I knew from previous visits, was the actual manager. However, when confronted, he denied being the manager and wouldn't give me his name either. Additionally, none of the staff preparing food wore hair nets or name tags. The manager was extremely rude and dishonest. Having worked in a pizza place and held a managerial position myself, I can confidently say I've never treated customers this way. They've permanently lost my business!
The seating arrangement could use some improvement, as it was a bit uncomfortable while I waited for my order. It would be nice to have a few chairs available, either inside or outside. The service was friendly, but enhancing customer comfort during the wait could really improve the overall experience.
The large combo for $15.00 is decent; the pizza is quite good for the price.
I told her that it was ridiculous to have a pizza sent all the way back, and she agreed, suggesting that I come back each time for a new pizza. I provided my name, date, and check-in information, but the manager claimed I didn't exist and that there was no record of my visit. This kind of service is unacceptable; after all, who wouldn't want a $7 pizza? This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I would not recommend this place and will not return. I would like to file a formal complaint.
Only place in newman who has thin crust pizza. others say it.
