Wing House -  Newmarket,

I use to order here quite often but the last order I picked up I ended up just throwing out. The wings were so dry this time they did not seem to be cooked fresh like they usually were.The dry rub use to be nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.I don't think I will order again because throwing out 60$ worth of food is way to much to waste.Reading alot of one star reviews recently, I'm curious as to what has changed in the past couple of months :

If there was a half a star I wouldn't even choose that option. Service is slow, smells like cigarettes, some of my food was undercooked and others were overcooked. Did not enjoy my experience at all, felt sick afterwards. Wanted to speak to the owner, but was pre-occupied drinking at the bar. Did not care about his customers. Worst service ever.

Seriously the only place I eat chicken wings hands down, the best I have ever had! My daughter asks for wings at least once a week! The owner is the sweetest person and his care and attention is shown in the fabulous food. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. A MUST try! You won’t be disappointed.

Best wings ever! Beers are cold always! Met the owner a few times and he is a very nice dude. Atmosphere is electric and met alot of the regulars . My go to spot now.

Owner shows no respect towards pregnant women. He was smoking near my pregnant wife as she was waiting for me to lock upthe car. We got seated at our table and I kid you not 2 pounds of wings, Mexican fries took 55 minutes for them to serve. My wife loves wings based on the good reviews we decided to give it a shot. The owner was preoccupied getting wasted/drunk. It is ridiculous how the place is run.
