Lovely and kind staff! Though I’m gutted because I used up all my points the other day to buy one of their reusable cups. The cashier didn’t mention AT ALL that this specific location doesn’t take reusable cups, so imagine my surprise when I’m all happy going in and not using plastic and they let me know they don’t take them : And I’m not about to drive farther just to save 10 cents. Cute cup but felt really dishonest and a waste of hard earned points. Why bother promoting them if your location doesn’t use them!!! Please post a sign or something!!
