Feedback gevenSite shows location still open but it’s been closed for few weeks now and yet to be updated on there website. Hopefully there new location they will be more consistent on times for breads and such
Rude and highly overpriced bread.Three people working and standing in the store doing really nothing at all. We Ordered something and no one said a word or acknowledged customers. They just continued standing there. And when asked who was working was provided with a very rude response. Oh I’m sorry are customers bothering you from doing your job.... then what is your job? Not welcoming at all.
I go to the mall to do deposits at the bank there and I'm curious as to why this business is ALWAYS busy with a lineup. Today, I found out why. I was greeted by an employee named Jocelyn who told me about the business, the history of the business, and how their product sets them apart from their competition.She gave me some samples to take home to try with my family and made some suggestions as to what to bring back to the office.I walked in to try 1 pastry, I ended up buying one of every pastry they sell.The pastries and bread are amazing, but what I learned is that it's the employees that set this business apart. Kudos to you Jocelyn. You were amazing. I'll be back.
Our local bakery where we got our bread closed and I decided to try Cobs. We are so impressed. So many different types of bread and they are all fantastic. The fiber enriched white is a huge hit and I love the sunflower flax bread. Super easy online ordering and the staff are incredible. Also great service and I highly recommend.
They close without warning or signage and just lock the doors. To hell with customers who have to commute or drive from further away, I guess.
