Cousins Food Emporium - Newmarket

Great service and great food. I'm Glad we found this place and look forward to sampling more of the menu. The steak was sumptuous and I highly recommend the homemade brownie for dessert. It's better than visiting your actual cousins.

First time at the new cousins restaurant. I grew up with cousins as part of my teenage years. The ownership has changed and it is a new staff as well. It's opening day, so they are getting used to running the restaurant, so I will be fair in my comments. The staff is friendly, the place is recently renovated and more up to date. The place is clean, and there are lots of places to sit. There is plenty of staff as well to serve the clientele. The staff is getting used to running the restaurant. I ordered a steak and vegetables. My friend had the prime rib. It was okay. I don't think I would return on the strength of the meal. There are several other items on the menu that would likely be a good fit for others, but I have limited options, and the menu is not geared towards people who need changes made to the menu. It has not been thought out. The menu looks good and the new renovations have breathed some new life into an aging restaurant. It's a great start.

Delicious food! I always order the club sandwich and it has never let me down. Their gravy is my favourite always order gravy with your fries! Definitely try it if you are looking for good food!
