I'm paying 20 dollars for a sandwich now still love it

I visited this location at 9pm on a Monday night. I was the only person there and was being served by Mehak, who told me she would be just a minute before she can take my order, which isn’t usually an issue. However, she was preparing an order for an online food delivery app and had to check the order 3 separate times while packaging only cookies. She spent 6 minutes putting 3 cookies in a bag at a time when she could have served me, the only person physically there waiting for a sandwich. Instead she chose to continue telling me that she’d be a minute, only to take her time to package the order for someone who wasn’t even there yet. Very poor service, very poor ability to prioritize what she should be doing first.

They didn't even offer cheese for my sub and forgot. Also they didn't even ask if I wanted toasted. Rushed me to pay first before they even asked me about my toppings.
