The Alley - Newmarket

I’ve been coming to this location multiple times in last couple of years. I genuinely have no complaints. I love their Royal #9 with tapioca. The service is good. There were only a couple of times where I had to wait closer to 10 mins because they were quite busy. Other than that I get my order in a matter of a few minutes.

Literally just seen the employee touch a sign then handle money then not replace her gloves then washes the gloves there's a reason they are disposable. Seems to not have very good food safety practices. Then when I asked her to replace her gloves she then laughs at the customer definetly watch how they touch your drinks and food.

I have been to this location twice now, and both times, we have waited 10+ mins for our order. Not the biggest inconvenience, but both times, they have made 1 frozen drink within 2 mins and let it sit on the counter, melting. Even though the people are nice, I would choose literally any other location.

Definitely the best place to get actual bubble tea that doesn't taste cheap and artificial. Workers are also very helpful and friendly. Get the ube taro ?

I am a frequent customer of the alley and love all their drinks. I ordered the deerioca one of my favorite drinks and the tapioca was hard and much smaller than usual. Probably wasn't cooked all the way through. Disappointed considering this is my favorite bubble tea place.
