Pelican's SnoBalls Newnan. Shaved ice franchise with plenty of flavors. Combinations also available in different sizes. Some specials come with gummies hidden inside the shaved ice. Good for a hot summer day and kids love them. New to Newnan and located in the that used to have a bank. Drive through option is very convenient. Friendly and polite staff.

The kids and I love coming to Pelican's Snoballs. There is truly a flavor of snow cone for everyone to try out!

The best parts about this place: the setting is cute with the lights and overall style, the former bank drive thru setup is really unique, and there is absolutely no shortage of flavors and toppings I was astounded and paralyzed by all the choices. I do wish there were more cute seats around than just the two white ones towards the front of the building. They could replace the plastic tables with a cuter, nicer set up. But for what it is, this place is great. Take kiddos, or take a loved one, and go at sunset. It's a vibe! P.S. Get an icescream scoop at the bottom of yours!

Great selections on shaved ice. Staff is friendly and aside from the one young man who is always eating the ice with his gloved finger (can't blame him) the area seems clean. If you want to try something new the staff is usually helpful on their favorites as well.

I love this place. I only eat one meal a day and they make me a plain snow cone with just ice. And they are always soooo nice and sweet with my girl. Love it here!
