Feedback gevenI went through the drive-thru, as I usually do. I placed my order, and though the service sounded distracted and read my order back incorrectly, I was able to place my order. I was given a total. I showed I was paying with a card. And when Quianna handed me the card reader, she had ALREADY pressed the $1 tip button and she did not ask if I wanted a receipt. I usually do tip, because my service is often enjoyable at this store. And especially the opening crew during the week, always superb service given. But this I did not appreciate
Order one kids hot chocolate and one pumpkin spice latte. Waited 32 minutes and still no drinks. When I asked, they said I still needed to wait. I left without my drinks. The service and speed was disappointing.
The lady taking our order got both me and my friends drinks completely wrong. She also got my sandwich completely wrong and they were mean about
I've never had a bad experience here...if they mess up your drink (it's rare, but they are human) they're always happy to remake it and make sure you're happy with your coffee. Staff is extremely kind, though they're usually short-staffed and are left running around like crazy...to no fault of their own. Management could definitely be better. Kelly and Lanie in particular are so so nice and I adore the people working night shift.
This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to! It's always clean and the coffee is amazing! The service is quick and the employees always work hard, even when they're understaffed. The Salted Caramel Cold Brew is really good! Night crew is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!The manager (Jennifer) is never there but one time she was, she was bullying her employees.
