Feedback gevenPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE On 2/28/24 around 5 pm, I visited the store. There were other customers in line before me with multiple orders, so I waited atleast 10-15 mins. When I finally got to the counter, the lady started making online orders without acknowledging my presence. I watched her make a pizza and 3 subs, patiently. The other lady finished cashing out the customer in front of me, came towards me and started making another pizza, meanwhile, I still haven 't been acknowledged. She then proceeds to grab sub bread and I finally ask, excuse me, how many more subs do you have to make? Without looking up, she says, 3 more... After patiently waiting 10-15 mins for the customers in front of me and standing there another 5 mins watching them make 3 online subs and 2 pizzas (plus the 3 subs she was about to make), without proper acknowledgement, I still said, ok, thank you and left the store. It was not about the wait, it was about the lack of acknowledgement and communication... You guys need a training class in customer service or some new friendly faces. Those 2 ladies were the worst, smh
The manager wiped her nose and ask me what I wanted and got mad when I ask her to wash her hands and change her gloves, looked at me up/down and refused to give the information of the Owner. 2344-B US-29 Newnan, Georgia 30263Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately I did get an food because the Manager on duty wiped nose with her fore arm and gloves I was completely grossed out and ask her to was her hands and change her gloves and sent a employee to talk to me instead of doing what she is supposed do as a supervisor of that store
I recently dined at this Subway, and I must express my disappointment with the service I received. While the food itself was decent, the overall experience was marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a complete lack of courtesy from the employees. They seemed disinterested in providing any sort of friendly service, and their demeanor was downright rude. It was as if they were doing me a favor by taking my order, which left a sour taste in my mouth right from the start.Despite the poor attitude, I proceeded to order my sandwich. I have to admit that the food quality itself was satisfactory. The ingredients were fresh, the bread was adequately toasted, and the overall taste was enjoyable. However, even the good food couldn't compensate for the appalling service I encountered.To end this review, while the food at this Subway location was passable, the abysmal service overshadowed any positive aspects. The rude behavior of the staff, their dismissive attitude, and the general lack of professionalism were simply unacceptable. I urge the management to address these issues promptly, as it is essential to provide customers with both good food and a respectful dining environment. Until significant improvements are made in the service department, I regretfully cannot recommend this particular Subway branch.Just. Awful. Service.

Foods fresh the night crew there are very friendly and patient and the place is clean. However since subway hit the refresh button the prices have went up but overall I'll recommend this subway.
