Ordered food for 6 people and only received 4 people's order. Phoned them and they told me the missing items MIGHT be with me in an hour as they were busy. TWO HOURS later, still no food. Ordered 2 hours in advance. Turned up an hour early. Ended up having to microwave it when friends arrived. I ordered through just eat. I rang the business to ask why it had been delivered so early to be told he was to busy to deliver at the time I had requested. If I'd wanted microwaved food I'd have spent £10 in Tesco rather than £30 to leave it go cold and then microwaved it. My main gripe is the attitude of the owner. He clearly hasn't understood how just eat processes orders. Don't shout at a customer on the phone.
