Morrisons - Newport

I went to the restaurant for breakfast and found it to be very quiet with several staff members. I ordered poached eggs with avocado on a muffin with coffee, but was later told that they could only do fried eggs, which I did not want. They gave me a refund, but it took three staff members to process it at the till, even though there seemed to be plenty of staff available. No reason was given for the change.

My spouse and I have visited this restaurant multiple times during their half-price food promotion, and we have always been impressed with the quick service and delicious food.

We were late getting up after a late night and not many places offer a breakfast after Morrisons runs it until around I think. Self service is available for purchase. Breakfast is very reasonable for the content and quality. Staff were also friendly....Would recommend.

My wife and I ate here as we wanted a quick and cheap meal. Morrison’s always offer a good selection of food this outlet was clean and the staff friendly food was hot and freshly cooked

The toilet facilities were dirty and had a bad smell. The floors in the restaurant were filthy, and my husband found hair in his food. We were told they were short-staffed, so we understood that standards might slip slightly. However, there is a certain level of cleanliness you should expect, and you shouldn't have to clean your shoes when you leave.
