This restaurant is the perfect spot for fresh, homemade Indian cuisine. It’s a lovely family-run establishment that comes highly recommended. Be sure to try the Samosa Chaat, aloo paratha (potato stuffed flatbread), and a wide variety of curries, all of which showcase delicious vegetarian options. It's a must-visit in Newport! The decor may be simple and unpretentious, but the food is absolutely amazing!

The owner is incredibly beautiful, and the food is absolutely delicious and flavorful. The portions of biryani are very generous, making it a great value for the money.

I stumbled upon this place by pure chance, and I'm so glad I did. The food was incredible—one of the best Indian meals I've ever had. The prices were very reasonable, and the owners were extremely welcoming.

Very tasty food. Nanu and Gugu are the friendly owners that do a great job preparing the food in a traditional way. It's possible to have your food extra spicy on request. The aubergine dish and the punjabi i can definately recommend.

OMG what an amazing gem we found! We have come to Newport for a family holiday with my parents and aunts, all of whom are fussy! However, not one person in our party could find a negative thing to say about this place the food was absolutely amazing and completely authentic (being Asian ourselves, we know authenticity). The owner was such a nice and genuine person despite not opening on Sundays, he opened his place up for us as he knew we were visiting from afar not many people who would do that! I cannot recommend this place highly enough it's a cheap, no frills more of a cafe experience but you are getting authentic Punjabi food here! We will definitely visit again when in the area!!
