Oggies - Newport

Regular cod was larger than most and perfectly cooked. Huss was amazing, huge and tasty. The best I have had for ages. Went there as our usual one was busy. Definitely will be going back. Owner had the sense to get orders in from queue and cut down the waiting time. Brilliant!

I would have been better off eating cardboard. Nobody really seems to care anymore. Just keep calm and accept mediocrity with a smile'. How can a national dish that an impaired baboon could make blindfolded still be this awful.

Oh Go's consistently delivers excellent fish and chips at affordable prices. The staff is incredibly friendly and always has a smile on their faces.

I come here often to meet up with my Dad. The fish is delicious and the chips are really tasty. The service is excellent, and as regulars, we always feel welcomed and taken care of like friends. It's a fantastic place to dine! The wait time is short, but the food is cooked fresh and always worth waiting for.

I ordered five battered sausages but only received four. In addition, the chips were undercooked, rock hard, and tasted bland. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. If you're looking to waste your money on fish and chips, this is the place to go.
