We’ve been getting pizzas and Burgers from here for years normally great! . They have changed the burgers and not too a good quality sadly absolutely awful! My husband had a pizza which we always ask for extra cooked as this is how he likes it sadly they don’t bother to do this anymore ! Hence it was uneatable he likes it crispy! Yeah I could have put it in my oven but what’s the point for getting a takeaway? . Also I’m allergic to tomatoes so I stated no tomatoes in my burger again they didn’t do. What I asked for and put 2 large slices in rendering the bottom of the bun inedible for me! THANKS! I’m never ever ever going back again WELL DONE!

Tried to place an order this evening. As my some has an allergy to milk I asked a out the ingredients of the buger and burger bun in the child 's meal options. When asked if there was milk in there the man on the phone answered probably so I asked if he means the burger or the bun and he said probably again. So once again I asked for clarity on which item the allergen was 'probably ' in and he said the bun maybe. Absolutely livid that they can 't even be bothered to treat allergys appropriately or check the ingredients I told him to cancel the entire order.

After throwing the food away, I called the restaurant to complain and was initially offered a full refund, but then asked to call back. Ultimately, they agreed to give me a full refund without requesting the food back. However, the manager's response was extremely rude, telling me not to come back if I had a complaint. This poor customer service compelled me to write this review. I had no issues with the staff member I initially spoke to, but the manager needs to improve his attitude towards customers and take feedback more seriously. If not for his rude behavior, I may not have written this negative review.

We just opened a new store and the service is excellent, delivered right to our door. The online ordering could use some improvement, but I can see why. The communication was good and the food smells and tastes amazing. After a 12-hour shift, this food is a divine treat halfway through the night.

Best place to get take away pizza by far. Plus they do combinations of anything you ask for, Tandoori Chicken on a pizza is winning.
