The Alexandria,Ky store is the best I have dealt with. Always friendly service and order is correct.

There food was awful which surprised the hell out if us all.

I went to Cold Spring Dunkin for a long time but within the past 3 months they consistently made my drink wrong. It nothing special — signature iced caramel latte. I switched to Bigby coffee and I’m glad that I did. No more disappointing drinks.

Worst Dunkin’ ever this is now the third time they have made my order wrong RIGHT INFRONT OF ME. How hard is it I ask for no whip and light ice AND THEN I ask again to make sure they heard me and they repeat my order back to me and they still make it wrong. I just don’t get it I really don’t.
