Fluke Wine And Kitchen - Newport

The Fluke should be shut down it's really disgusting it's hot upstairs and the food is frozen like McDonalds and costs a lot of money.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Fluke and I cannot say enough about the exceptional staff and amazing food. From cocktails and hors d'oeuvres to our dinner service and dessert everything was perfect. The seafood is so fresh and flavorful and goat's cheesecake is a unique and wonderful way to end a meal. All of our guests were happy and they were so easy to work with for our friends and family who had dietary restrictions. This is a must go to restaurant in downtown Newport and a great location to host an event!

Been wanting to try for years and finally booked it for our anniversary. It was a cozy place. We were greeted like we were invited to someone’s home. Service was exceptional. Food was absolutely amazing. Portions were perfect size. Specialty cocktails were delicious! We had a very loud party of about 10-12 people next to us. Needless to say the drinks were flowing and they were very loud but pretty funny. The only time they were quiet was when the food was served, not a peep. So after they left the owner came over and overly apologized for the noise. This was very nice. A free drink or cocktail would have been nice but just that he came over was nice enough. Highly recommend.

Great for the wine, small plates and the view! Was reasonably priced too we enjoyed the salads and Caymus Wine!

We shared the mussels as an appetizer. It was delicious and ask for extra bread to dip in the broth. The fluke, ravioli and monkfish were fresh and prepared with savory vegetables. Our server was very attentive and she convinced us to try the goat cheese cake which was an excellent ending to a delightful meal.
