Fox And Hounds - Newport

That was such a great and unexpected pleasure! We stayed on the way back from vacation and I might just have to leave the way to come back when we are near Gatlinburg. We were a bit comprehensible when we raised the road and passed a trailer park, but don't let the inconvenient facade fool you This place is a jewel. Our waitress Brittany was so sweet and even shared some of the history of Tge Restraunt with us. I ordered the Burgasteak, the very tasty and tge side of the potatoes was fragrant with herbs. My son got the kids steak bites and I was so happy, the Mac and cheese was quality not only strength. I can't recommend the French onion soup enough, maybe the best I ever had. My husband got the Monte crisco sandwich and it was enormous, in a good way. Tge loaded pommes were also a hit. Make yourself a favor and stop by. Also the decor, super sweet and clean. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Food was very reasonable and possibly the best we had in our multi-week stays in the area. Well done! Very recommended.

Our first visit to this really cool place. Definitely will not be our last. we sat in the dinning area unconsciously they also have a really big bar area. The staff was very friendly. The food was amazingly very large portions. all a great place

Such a great experience? after a long hot day in the? Great service? Delicious food. We had the weekday special that included chopped steak? steamed broccoli? Mac n cheese? Sweet atmosphere not expected from outside. Thank you. We'll be back when we're in the area.

I had an excellent experience at Fox and Hounds Restaurant. Don't let the exterior fool you if you're traveling from out of the area. I walked inside, it's beautifully decorated and comfortable. The food was amazing. The staff were very nice and attentive to diners. This is a diamond in the rough. It's well worth stopping to have a bite.
