Chick-fil-a - Newport Beach

Very kind and helpful staff!! We were a large group and they had no problem getting everyone's order. They went the extra mile and made sure we had extra cups for our gallon of lemonade and plenty of chick fil a sauce!

The staff here are the friendliest you'll find at any fast food chain or restaurant. They always greet you with a smile and are very courteous. When I bring my kid along, he often gets a free ice cream cone while we wait! The food is fantastic as well. I absolutely love their chicken tenders, iced coffee, and waffle fries—they're the best!

Thank you, Chick-fil-A! We had you cater my son's 7th birthday party, and the food was delicious! Your customer service was outstanding as well. I truly believe Chick-fil-A is a fantastic choice for a children's birthday party!

I absolutely love it! The food is so delicious, and my daughter always asks for "chick-a-fil-a" like it’s her favorite.

The customer service was terrible, and the management team was quite arrogant, resulting in extremely poor management overall.
