Envy Lounge - Newport Beach

The business did not honor my reservation, and did not offer any remedy. Very unprofessional, and I will not return.

Had a good time, nice bar area. I used a table to reserve a table, but they don't use a table anymore. good music, mixed quantity

I booked the table specifically, I said I didn't want a bottle service. I was sure they wouldn't save us table in the Vip lounge so we don't have to make bottle service. when we get there, they forced my friends to get a bottle of gray geese for $360! I mean, the thing I hate is that they're fabulous about it. never come again!

I made a reservation for 2, however when I got to the lounge the place was empty, only 1 bar tender was at the bar telling me that they had no reservation for that night since a private party was to take place that evening at a later time. I don't blame Envy, I blame you open table since you led me to believe that a reservation was reserved for me and my girl. Thanks for nothing.

FYI they said they no longer take Open Table reservations. They apologized for the mixup and bought me a champagne. Very nice!
