Starbucks - Newport Beach

Marcus, Thank you for great customer service and making me feel welcome! I appreciate so much!!!

I’m so offended by the service I received. I was in line and the young man who was taking orders, looked at me and ask the woman behind me “hi, may I take you order” I can’t believe it . And he also got my order wrong , wouldn’t make eye contact and was short with me . I love Starbucks but I’ll never go to that one ever again.

Normally I just give Starbuck's a pass on quality and service (not the best .... but this location consistently misses the mark.in a month, they have gotten my order wrong 4 times, including forgetting to make my order.Service is bad even for a Starbucks. (again, this is based on coming here many times in a month [because it was close/on the way to meetings] .just grab a coffee ANYWHERE else...

Starbucks is the gold standard when it comes to convenient and premium coffee. This one in Newport, Beach is a great place.

Great service, great food, great coffee! I was in and out in about five minutes.
