Arby's - Newport News

The fries were cold, and the fish was not crispy, but it was still better than the curly fries, which were cold and very dry. I really dislike complaining, but the drink was watered down as well.

I did not receive a double roast beef, instead receiving a regular roast beef and a classic beef n cheddar, a sandwich I cannot eat

The 2 beef n cheddars I ordered had no sauce and a drop of cheese, it was so dry we didnt eat it. I also ordered a side of cheese, the container also had about a drop of cheese. It was definitely not worth the money.

I really enjoy Arby's, but this is the fourth time in a row that my Half Pound Roast Beef has come without cheese. Did they run out of cheese or something?

It's disappointing to spend this much on a meal only for it to arrive not properly prepared.
